Intent
Knowingly and deliberately causing or accepting the harmful result.
In brief
Intent is the strongest form of fault. The person must at least recognise the relevant result as possible and intend or accept it.
Whether intent existed is inferred from conduct and circumstances, not solely from a later statement.
